Taking a patient history (Anamnese)
1. "Was führt Sie heute zu uns?" — What brings you here today? This is the standard opening question in any Anamnese. 2. "Seit wann haben Sie die Beschwerden?" — Since when have you had the symptoms? 3. "Wo genau tut es weh?" — Where exactly does it hurt? 4. "Können Sie den Schmerz beschreiben?" — Can you describe the pain? 5. "Strahlt der Schmerz aus?" — Does the pain radiate? 6. "Haben Sie Vorerkrankungen?" — Do you have any pre-existing conditions? 7. "Nehmen Sie regelmäßig Medikamente ein?" — Do you take any medications regularly? 8. "Haben Sie Allergien?" — Do you have any allergies? 9.
